Titanium High Performance Butterfly Valve

The Titanium High Performance Double Eccentric Butterfly Valve is engineered for highly corrosive and heavy-duty operating environments. Its double eccentric disc design minimizes contact with the seat during opening and closing, resulting in reduced wear, lower operating torque, and longer sealing life. Manufactured from titanium, this valve offers exceptional resistance to seawater corrosion, chloride attack, and harsh chemical media, making it particularly suitable for marine systems, desalination plants, chemical processing lines, and offshore industrial applications.

Material

Available titanium material grades include ASTM B381 F2 / F7 / F12 forgings, ASTM B367 C2 / C7 / C12 castings, ASTM B348 Grade 2 / Grade 7 / Grade 12 bars, and ASTM B265 Grade 2 / Grade 7 / Grade 12 plate. ASME equivalents are SB-381, SB-367, SB-348, and SB-265.

It offers excellent resistance to corrosion, especially in seawater andchloride-containing environments. Combined with the double eccentric design,it ensures smooth operation, tight shut-off, reduced wear, and long service life.
