Our next-gen Six-Eccentric Butterfly Valve is engineered for critical isolation duties where shutoff integrity and temperature capability are non-negotiable. The six-eccentric, cone-to-cone metal sealing concept is designed to minimise friction and wear during operation, supporting stable sealing performance over long duty cycles. It targets true zero-leakage, including bi-directional shutoff, for severe industrial processes and ultra-high-temperature services.
A patented kinematic design helps reduce operating torque by over 30% compared to triple-offset valves, enabling smaller actuator selection and lowering total installed cost. The non-rubbing seal and protective guide-cone design support easier maintenance and extended service life. With a specified sealing surface finish of Ra 0.156 μm and temperature capability up to 1100°C, it is well-suited for petrochemical processing, high-temperature steam & gas, power generation, and thermal oil systems.
