With its advanced double offset disc design, the valve significantly reduces seat wear during opening and closing, ensuring smoother torque operation, extended service life, and lower maintenance frequency.

Engineered and endurance-tested for long-term field reliability, the CSV-830 has successfully demonstrated over 100,000 operating cycles under 720 psi (49.6 Bar) pressure and more than 878,000 low-pressure cycles while continuously maintaining bi-directional zero leakage sealing performance. The valve body supports a broad range of material configurations including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex alloys, nickel-based alloys, and special corrosion-resistant metals, allowing adaptation to aggressive chemicals, seawater, steam, gas, slurry, and abrasive media.
