The CVS-250 high-performance double offset butterfly valve is built for frequent cycling and medium-to-high pressure service where standard resilient-seated butterfly valves wear out too quickly. Its offset disc geometry reduces seat contact during opening and closing, lowering friction, reducing operating torque, and extending service life—while maintaining reliable tight shut-off.

This design provides a practical middle ground: the compact footprint and cost advantages of a butterfly valve with sealing performance that approaches ball-valve reliability in many applications.
