The CSV-710R Fluorine Lined Butterfly Valve Wafer End is specially designed for highly corrosive chemical media service. Featuring a fully fluoroplastic lined flow passage and bi-directional bubble-tight sealing, it delivers excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, and oxidizing fluids while ensuring low torque operation and long-term leak-free reliability.

The CSV-710R Fluorine Lined Butterfly Valve Wafer End is a dedicated anti-corrosion butterfly valve developed for severe-duty chemical processing systems where ordinary metal valves are vulnerable to rapid corrosion, leakage, and service failure. Built with a midline symmetrical disc structure and full fluoroplastic lining technology, the valve creates a complete isolation barrier between the aggressive process medium and the metallic valve substrate, significantly extending operational safety and service life.

The internal valve body cavity, disc surface, seat area, and stem-contacted wetted parts are lined with high-performance fluoroplastics including PTFE, FEP, PFA, conductive PTFE, or UHMWPE. These lining materials provide outstanding chemical compatibility against strong acids such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, strong alkalis including sodium hydroxide, oxidizing chemicals, chloride solutions, seawater, and a wide range of organic solvents, making the valve suitable for full pH 0–14 corrosive media systems.

Through precision molding and injection lining technology, the entire flow channel is fully encapsulated, eliminating direct medium-to-metal contact and effectively removing hidden corrosion points and leakage risks commonly found in partially lined valves. The fluoroplastic layer also offers an ultra-low friction coefficient, excellent anti-aging performance, and superior resistance to medium crystallization and particle erosion, allowing a service life typically 3 to 5 times longer than conventional soft seated butterfly valves.

Designed for both manual and automated process control, CSV-710R incorporates an ISO5211 mounting platform for convenient installation of manual handles, pneumatic actuators, or electric actuators. Its low opening and closing torque reduces actuator wear and improves energy efficiency, while the compact wafer end construction makes it ideal for installation in space-restricted chemical pipelines.

CSV-710R is widely used in acid dosing systems, alkali transfer lines, chemical reactors, pharmaceutical processing, chlor-alkali plants, seawater handling, environmental treatment systems, and industrial corrosive fluid control applications where zero leakage and reliable anti-corrosion protection are mandatory.
